This is why NEST begins with animals. Not because the animal work is simpler — but because it is the fastest path to becoming a practitioner who truly trusts themselves.

For most people in this work, it started long before any training or certification. It started with a bond so deep it defied explanation. An animal who saw you when no one else did. A creature whose suffering you felt in your own body. A connection that taught you more about trust, presence, and unconditional love than any human relationship ever had.

Animals are your people. And that is not a small thing — it is everything. It is the reason you have searched for something deeper than what conventional care could offer. It is the reason you have sat with a suffering animal and known, with absolute certainty, that there was more available — if only you had the tools to reach it.

As an animal chiropractor and animal communicator, I have spent over 15 years in that exact space — at the intersection of science and soul, listening to what animals carry and what they need. What I discovered is that the most profound healing does not happen through technique alone. It happens when a practitioner can meet an animal in the nervous system — in the place where all pain, all trauma, all stuck patterns actually live.

The NEST Technique was born from that discovery. And it exists because animals deserve practitioners who can go that deep.

There is something missing in almost every healing training available today. It is not technique. It is not knowledge. It is not even intuition.

It is the nervous system state of the practitioner.

Healing can only occur when the nervous system shifts from protection into its natural healing state — parasympathetic, open, regulated. This is the foundational principle of NEST, and it is what no other modality teaches directly. Not just how to work on a nervous system, but how to become the field that allows another nervous system to shift.

You are not learning a technique. You are learning to hold a state. To resonate at the frequency of trust. To become the NEST — the safe, regulated, coherent field — that the animal heals inside of.

When you can do that for an animal, you can do it for anyone.

Level 1 teaches the foundational NEST techniques through animal work — the clearest, most honest mirror a practitioner can work with. Students develop the hands-on skills, the somatic awareness, and the internal state required to hold this work with precision and presence.

During the live June immersion, you will practice on both animals and humans — so you can feel how the nervous system responds across species and begin to understand the full scope of what this work carries.

Full human practitioner training continues in Level 2. What begins here is the foundation everything else is built upon.

Some of what you receive in June will be anchored in your body before the intellectual framework catches up — because that is how this work moves. It doesn't wait for the mind. It asks the body to lead.
