What if your tiredness isn’t about rest, but release?
Close the Loop. Reclaim Your Power.
There’s a certain kind of exhaustion that no amount of sleep can fix.
A sense of heaviness that lingers even when life looks “fine” on the outside.
It’s subtle, but it’s real. And isista, I see you carrying it.
That, my love, is the weight of open energy loops.
So, what is an open energy loop?
It’s an energetic thread still dangling — a moment, a promise, a truth — never fully spoken, completed, or released.
It’s the text you never sent.
The dream you paused halfway.
The boundary you swallowed.
The ache you never gave space to feel.
Some loops are big and wild — like the childhood wound flaring up in your relationships again, or the soul-nudging truth you’re scared to share with your partner.
Others are sneaky — like the “I’ll clean out my car tomorrow” or the weekly self-care date that never quite made it to your calendar.
These loops might seem small on paper, but energetically?
They’re leaking you dry.
These loops are the ellipses in your energy field…
The unfinished sentence...
The door left ajar...
And while they may be unseen, they’re deeply felt — in the pit of your stomach, the tension in your jaw, the snap of your tone in traffic.
They show up as:
Frustration with no clear source
That scattered, foggy feeling you can’t shake
Anxiety that simmers beneath the surface
Fatigue that sleep doesn’t touch
Cravings, compulsions, procrastination, self-sabotage
So let’s get real.
What are you not saying that needs to be said?
What are you not doing that your soul keeps circling back to?
What have you not said no to or accepted as complete even though it's not perfect?
And most importantly —
How much energy would you get back if you simply closed the loop?
How to Close the Energetic Loops & Stop the Leaks
Let’s walk this slippery path together. Here’s how we take our energy back:
✧ Step 1: Inventory the Incomplete
Make a list — uncensored and raw. Everything that feels unfinished, unspoken, or undone. From the sacred to the mundane. Don’t judge. Just name it. When it’s on the page, it’s no longer swirling inside of you. You’ve already begun the reclamation.
(You can do this any way you want. By categories: self, home, work, relationships etc. You can leave the list on your table or phone and add to it whenever an incomplete pops up in your mind. Or you can explosion diagram on a per with all the loops and there subloops bursting out from the center, so you can see how much of your energy is being mis-channeled)
✧ Step 2: Feel the Weight
Which loop is costing you the most? Which one feels heavy in your chest, like it’s been there forever? That’s your entry point. That’s the one asking to be seen, heard, and released.
(Yes this loop is often the scariest to tackle, and it will also be the one that build a new neurology in your mind when you close it)
✧ Step 3: Meet the Monster
If you're a high-achieving, soul-led being (which I know you are), you might want to go straight for the big one. That’s beautiful. When you cut the cord to the biggest leak, many smaller ones unravel with it. Look for the pattern: Is this about your voice? Your visibility? Your self-worth?
(For me it often shows up through either business-creation stagnancy or actual money flow. and each time a big leak shows up, I'm about to expand when I clear it)
✧ Step 4: Move the Energy
Speak the truth. Send the message. Set the boundary. Book the damn flight. Clear the clutter. Call your power back. Don’t overthink — just move the energy.
(This can be as simple as replying "unable to attend" with regards to a wedding invitation, or as complex as ending a partnership. Give yourself the grace to get it done.)
✧ Step 5: Feel the Flow Return
Energy moves fast once it’s freed. You might feel relief, rush, tears, clarity, exhaustion, or exhilaration. That’s normal. Let your body recalibrate. Rest is sacred integration. Before sleep, try this invocation:
“I give permission for all old, stuck energy to leave my body with ease and grace while I rest. I trust the release. I welcome the new.”
(And remember, you may need help, that's why I'm here. To be your guide and help you move through the slippery spots with more ease and flow)
✧ Step 6: Celebrate the Completion
Yes, celebrate. Cross it off. Light a candle. Dance. Cry. Breathe deeper. You just rewired something big. Acknowledge the shift.
(oh yes, always allow the shift to happen)
✧ Step 7: Keep Closing, In Divine Timing
Return to your list when it feels aligned. Trust your rhythm. Time is a construct — your intention is what matters most. Say it with me:
“I don’t have to do this perfectly to be powerful.”
(ah and the quest for perfection is likely what had stalled you out, didn't it? We had a saying in chiropractic school "60 and Go!" Because we knew the textbook knowledge wasn't what would make us great doctors... that the experience of being a doctor had us growing with each case, everyday. Be ok with 60% for now.)
Now — Fill the Space with Intention
You’ve just cleared some serious energetic real estate. So let’s not redecorate with the same old junk.
Light a candle. Ground your feet. Hand to heart. Deep breath.
Ask yourself:
What do I want to feel this season of my life?
Who am I becoming?
What desires are ready to take root?
What version of me is ready to rise?
Your soul already knows.
And hear me when I say this:
You are not broken.
You are not behind.
You are powerful beyond measure.
You are sacred.
You are held.
You are wildly, relentlessly loved.
It’s time to seal the leaks. Close the loops. Call your power all the way back.
The world needs the whole you — not the scattered version who’s been trying to hold it all together.
This is your invitation.
This is your sign.
You’re not here to live in the ellipses.
You’re here to embody your full stop. Your full power. Your full self.
Let’s do this, love.
And with that I leave you, with a whisper of invitation. We'll be doing so much of this and so much more in our first online retreat. Being crafted now and called in from the Divine and my Highest Self.
Do us both a favour and REPLY to this in an email so I know you want those details. Let’s focus that new-found energy!
